Product Manager (a famous brand of kitchen equipment)

Our client, a French company that has been a manufacturer of kitchen furniture and accessories since 1978, is looking for Product manager in Kyiv. The company is the world leader in cookware, pressure cookers, irons, steam generators, steam cookers, electric kettles, food preparation equipment, toasters, deep fryers, bread makers, and informal meal appliances.

Today it is an international brand in the market of small household appliances and cookware, represented in almost 150 countries of the world. It is well-known and famous for the quality and design of its products.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Obtains product market share by working with the sales director to develop product sales strategies.
• Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses and answering questions and requests.
• Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs.
• Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
• Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, and costing special and customized orders.
• Makes cooperation with Media and other agencies, conducts tenders, manages activities, etc.

Main requirements:

• University degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the same position.
• Product Management, Product Development.
• Understanding the Customer.
• Analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, sales planning, inventory control, financial planning, and strategy.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Advanced MS Office User.
