Group Chief Financial Officer

On behalf of our client, one of the leading financial-industrial group, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Group Chief Financial Officer, Kyiv 

Main Requirements: 

• University degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Business Administration;
• ACCA/CIMA/CPA certificate or equivalent would be a plus. 
• MBA degree would be an advantage. 
• 7+ years of working experience in a senior financial management role (as a Group CFO, Finance Director etc.), preferably in multi-sector holdings,large corporations or a big bank system.
• Experience in management of investment projects, investment analysis;
• Deep knowledge of financial and management accounting, tax legislation, and IFRS standards.
• Fluent English (C1 level) is a must.
• Experience with automated financial systems and ERP solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking, systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to motivate a team.
• Strong result orientation, proactivity, and stress resistance.

 Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the financial strategy for the group of companies, aligned with the holding's long-term goals.
• Budget planning and financial resource management to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
• Analysis and forecasting of financial results, evaluation of investment projects, and business development prospects.
• Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Development and implementation of capital management policies.
• Identification, analysis, and management of financial and operational risks.
• Management of the holding’s financial department and coordination of local financial units.
