Accountant and Logistic Officer

Job Title: Accountant and Logistics Specialist

Project: AID 012832/01/0 – “Emergency Initiative for the Population Affected by the Conflict in Ukraine and Neighboring Countries”
Funding: Italian Development Agency (AICS)
Implementation: Fondazione Progetto Arca Onlus (Italy)

Objective:
Within the framework of the humanitarian initiative AID 012832/01/0, funded by the Italian Development Agency (AICS), Fondazione Progetto Arca is looking for one accountant and one logistics specialist to support the administrative and logistical activities of the project in Ukraine.

Main responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the project manager, the specialist will be responsible for:

• Processing and archiving supporting documents for project-related expenses;

• Support for procurement procedures in accordance with the organization's and donor's rules;

• Performing minor logistical tasks as required by the project manager;

• Translation of accounting and tender documentation (Ukrainian - English or Italian);

• Performing other financial or administrative tasks necessary for the implementation of the project.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (or Italian);

• Ability to work independently and show initiative;

• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word);

• Willingness to work in a hybrid format (remotely and/or in the office);

• Experience in participating in AICS-funded projects is an advantage.
