Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on marketer to become the first marketing hire and take an ownership of preparing and executing the go-to-market strategy for a new SaaS product aimed at international markets. This is a strategic and foundational role — you’ll be setting up marketing from scratch, shaping positioning, communications, pricing, and user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build marketing from the ground up & lead GTM strategy:
- Establish the marketing function from zero: strategy, tools, channels, processes, reporting.
- Develop a complete Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Shape product positioning and value proposition tailored to specific ICPs.
- Identify and test early traction channels; build a lean marketing stack (email, content, SEO, socials).
2. Product launch readiness & beta support:
- Support beta testing: onboarding, user engagement, feedback collection, retention.
- Prepare launch materials: landing pages, email flows, presentations, product descriptions.
- Conduct A/B tests and configure analytics tools (GA4, GTM, event tracking, conversion goals).
3. Content & communication:
- Write clear, compelling content for landing pages, emails, follow-ups, and campaigns.
- Create content for early growth: blog posts, social media, FAQs, knowledge base, onboarding.
- Help establish a consistent brand identity (voice, messaging, visuals — working with design or no-code).
4. Pricing, unit economics & marketing analytics:
- Collaborate on monetization strategy and pricing models for different segments.
- Define and track key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, CR, MAU, CTR).
- Build basic dashboards or reports to inform decision-making and show traction.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital or product marketing (SaaS, tech, or startup environment preferred);
- Proven hands-on experience launching new products and building marketing from scratch;
- Strong skills in writing, email automation, CRM, and analytics (GA, GTM, email platforms);
- Self-starter able to operate independently and structure processes from zero;
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
