We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for AdConnect (Dating niche, US).
AdConnect is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as SaaS solutions for traffic management and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery, advertising network, SaaS solution for user retention. Our products have millions of users from all over the world – North and South America, Europe, Australia, and the list of markets is constantly growing.
This role is perfect for someone who combines a growth-driven marketing mindset with sharp analytical thinking and thrives at the intersection of product and performance marketing. You’ll play a key role in optimizing acquisition funnels and driving improvements in unit economics with real, measurable business impact. You will work with a 7-digit budget and an A-players team.
Furthermore, you’ll grow fast with strong team support and real challenges. Working closely with an experienced Product Manager, you’ll sharpen your skills and gain practical experience needed to excel in product management.

Your Core Missions
- Relentlessly launch and scale A/B tests that directly improve acquisition performance and move key funnel metrics.
- Continuously generate bold product hypotheses — and prove or kill them fast using real data.
- Dig deep into market trends, competitor moves, and user behavior to uncover high-impact growth opportunities before anyone else does.
- Drive cross-functional execution with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering — pushing initiatives from idea to live fast, with clear ROI.
- Exploit the full potential of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, automation frameworks, etc.) to accelerate research, ideation, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with our tech team, which is actively integrating AI solutions — together, you'll build smarter, faster-performing growth systems.
- Push cross-functional execution with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering — from hypothesis to live test, always with ROI as your north star.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta / PPC, or 6+ months in a Growth, Product Marketing, or Product Management role.
- A structured, analytical thinker who connects data to insights and insights to actions with confidence and clarity.
- Proven ability to research markets, analyze competitors, and spot scalable growth opportunities before they become obvious.
- Strong command of performance data, funnels, and key metrics — you know how to read them, influence them, and tie them back to revenue. You have cases to share.
- A high passion for automation and AI — you’re constantly looking for ways to move faster, smarter, and leaner using modern tools.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English — you can confidently communicate ideas, hypotheses, and results across teams.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar tools.
- Background in developing or optimizing quiz-based funnels, particularly within Meta advertising ecosystems.
