Marketing Strategist (Real Estate, U.S. Market)

TheViewPro Inc is a technology-oriented 3D-visualization studio that turns complex concepts into photorealistic imagery for leading U.S. developers.
To keep pace with growing demand from American clients, we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in launching and promoting digital products.
The ideal candidate has proven B2B marketing experience in the U.S. market, understands the psychology of real estate buyers and developers, and knows how to craft strategic messaging that drives sales and product adoption. This is a key role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Your main task is to refine existing solutions, define the product’s value, determine its positioning, identify a market niche, and develop a clear product concept.
- Create value propositions based on existing products (define value, messaging, structure offerings, and pricing) and produce marketing and sales materials: brochures, catalogs, decks, and presentations.
- Develop and execute marketing strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create and promote content: posts, news, thought leadership articles, email campaigns (designer for visuals will be provided).
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in real estate, B2B, or digital product sectors)
Deep understanding of the U.S. real estate market and customer psychology
Excellent English (C1 or above) — especially in writing and content creation
Strategic thinker with experience launching and growing digital products
Strong skills in SEO and content marketing
Experience with email automation tools and lifecycle marketing
Proficient in analytics tools: Google Analytics, Hotjar, LinkedIn/Meta Ads
Knowledge of brand architecture and tone of voice strategy
Ability to brief and manage copywriters and production teams
Solid grasp of UX/UI principles when evaluating content or landing pages
- Able to adapt messaging to different real estate audiences (developers, property managers, agents)
- Strong communicator and collaborator, proactive, and results-driven
