Content Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Content Marketing Specialist will transform complex technology into compelling narratives. This specialist will craft stories that engage, educate, and inform B2B audiences across various industries, ultimately driving informed decision-making. This role aims to bridge the gap between technical innovation and strategic communication, turning deep tech into accessible, value-driven content that supports brand positioning, product adoption, and market growth.

This position is suitable for people with disabilities and veterans with relevant experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Own and execute our content strategy across the entire buyer journey — from brand awareness to conversion
• Create high-impact marketing assets: website copy, blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, solution briefs, landing pages, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts
• Translate complex technical concepts (AI, smart cameras, embedded systems, connectivity, etc.) into engaging, digestible content
• Build content that supports ABM campaigns, demand gen initiatives, and thought leadership programs
• Interview internal experts to extract expertise, testimonials, and insights for high-value content
• Maintain and manage an editorial calendar aligned with strategic marketing priorities
• Optimize content for SEO and track performance metrics (organic traffic, engagement, conversions)
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets for social, PR, podcasts, and newsletters
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts related to smart security, embedded hardware, or AI vision
• Portfolio of content that includes blog posts, whitepapers, or technical storytelling aimed at decision-makers
• Ability to write for different audiences (technical buyers, business executives, partners) and across multiple formats
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and content performance tracking
• Experience ghostwriting for executives or supporting PR/media contributions
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, etc.) to accelerate content creation, research, and ideation while maintaining high editorial quality
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Storytelling Ability – crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
• Advanced level of written and spoken English
