About this opportunity:

We are seeking an Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and service to our management and unit leadership teams. In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating activities within various projects and act as a representative for your unit when needed. Authorization of orders and invoices will fall under your purview, alongside providing information about internal Ericsson administrative processes, tools and systems. You are expected to perform your duties while adhering to our Code of Business Ethics, and respond appropriately to any concerns of bribery or corruption. This role allows you the opportunity to apply your administrative skills to optimize efficiency, support business needs, and allow the core organization to focus on the main business functions.

We are seeking an Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and service to our management and unit leadership teams. In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating activities within various projects and act as a representative for your unit when needed. Authorization of orders and invoices will fall under your purview, alongside providing information about internal Ericsson administrative processes, tools and systems. You are expected to perform your duties while adhering to our Code of Business Ethics, and respond appropriately to any concerns of bribery or corruption. This role allows you the opportunity to apply your administrative skills to optimize efficiency, support business needs, and allow the core organization to focus on the main business functions.
What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing and structuring information appropriately.
- Contribute content compliant with the Ericsson Brand, and ensure distribution.
- Organize business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
- Provide leadership support in various aspects, including calendar and email management, meeting organization, document preparation, and cost control.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute new ideas to optimize administrative tasks.
- Ensure that administrative routines comply with directives and policies.
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the General Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (assistant supporting a large corporation or organization with all levels of leadership), preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, Concur and other productivity tools.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – professional and diplomatic when dealing with stakeholders.
- Proactive and forward-thinking
- Flexibility and comfort with working with deadlines and budget restraints
- Outstanding planning and time management skills
- Service skills and ability to work in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent in-person, phone, and email interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality – ability to handle sensitive information with care.
