Sales Manager

Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv 5* is seeking a service-oriented and highly motivated Sales professional with strong organizational skills and Hotel Sales experience, to join our Sales Team.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service;

• Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers;

• Develop new business while maintaining growth of existing accounts;

• Ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis;

• Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts;

• Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details within the appropriate software applications;

Qualifications:

• Previous Sales experience required;
• Previous Property Management System experience required (OPERA PMS knowledge);
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent customer service skills, superior interpersonal skills, results-oriented and highly self-motivated;
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities;
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
