Senior Market Analyst

We are Kyiv Consulting, a subsidiary of BDO Germany and a part of the BDO network, which provides in-house consulting and research & analytics services to the BDO network partners worldwide.

Our mission is to support BDO teams from different service lines with generating impactful insights for their internal and external projects. We leverage tailored approach and cutting-edge analysis for every client we work with to facilitate their success and influence in the industry.

We invite a Senior Market Analyst to join our Team.

We expect that you would:

• Participate in consulting and research projects as a team / project lead
• Communicate with clients on defining the project terms (scope of work, timeline, budget, post-project communication, etc.)
• Gather and analyse information, form and test hypotheses, develop and communicate findings to clients
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify relevant insights
• Develop business presentations tailored to project requirements: Market Analysis, Industry Trend Report, Competitive Analysis, Company Profile, Thought Leadership materials 
• Participate in problem-solving sessions, suggesting solutions
• Conduct quality assurance checks on research data, analysis, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Contribute to company’s business development initiatives

Your qualifications:

• BCs or MCs degree in economics, finance, management, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting / Big-4 / IB / VC / think-tanks, etc.
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• English level C1, ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Strong critical thinking and research skills, excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of project / team management
