Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our progressive team, where you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions supporting business processes and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce functionalities, particularly focusing on CPQ and Salesforce Vlocity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Design and implement Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and custom objects tailored to meet business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce platforms
• Ensure data integrity and integration across Salesforce and external systems
• Utilize Salesforce Industries CPQ to streamline quoting and pricing processes
• Conduct unit testing and peer reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Stay updated with Salesforce’s newest features and industry best practices
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in CPQ, Salesforce Industries CPQ, and Salesforce Vlocity
• Background in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning components
• Skills in configuring CPQ solutions and optimizing revenue operations processes
• Understanding of system integrations using REST or SOAP APIs and data migration techniques
• Capability to work with Salesforce security and permissions, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules
• Flexibility to use tools for debugging and performance optimization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level
