Lead Business Analyst/Product Manager

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst/Product Manager to join our dynamic team and drive product development through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and designers, ensuring the delivery of impactful product solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage product planning and development through daily engagement with architects, developers, designers, and subject matter representatives
• Translate customer experiences and business goals into technical requirements and product solutions
• Define acceptance criteria for product features and validate outcomes against customer and business objectives
• Align engineering teams on technical feasibility, dependencies, constraints, and delivery planning
• Create data flows, technical specifications, and functional documentation to guide development efforts
• Resolve technical blocking issues and coordinate solutions across multiple teams
• Monitor feature performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization
• Establish product performance metrics to benchmark and measure success effectively
• Ensure consistency and clarity in documenting product requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate collaboration among Scrum teams by participating in ceremonies, prioritizing backlogs, and addressing roadblocks
• Engage stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with objectives
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making through analytics, customer insights, and market trends
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as business analysis, product management, or technical program management
• Expertise in translating business objectives into actionable technical requirements and solutions
• Background in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design professionals
• Proficiency in tools and methodologies for documentation, such as data flows, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with active participation in related ceremonies
• Familiarity with defining and measuring product performance metrics using analytics platforms
• Competency in stakeholder management to build alignment and communicate priorities
• Capability to assess technical feasibility, resolve trade-offs, and mitigate risks with support from technology teams
• Skills in facilitating collaboration between product, design, and engineering to optimize processes
