We need a Media Buyer (all levels) with proven experience in launching Facebook advertising campaigns.

Required Experience & Skills:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Nutra vertical
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in Nutra
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team of 3+ members
- Ability to motivate the team to meet and exceed KPIs
- Understanding of how to work with Facebook Ads
- Deep knowledge of key metrics: CPC, CTR, CR, AR, IP
- Ability to analyze campaigns and draw insights from performance data
- Experience working with multiple ad accounts
- Proficiency in tools such as Octo / Fbtool / Binom
- Basic skills in Photoshop / Canva
Your Responsibilities:
- Optimize internal Facebook team processes to boost performance
- Lead by example by demonstrating effective methods and strategies to inspire and improve team results
- Search, test, and scale new traffic sources and partnerships
- Provide regular reporting and analytics to leadership
