Media Buying Team Lead - Nutra - Facebook

AFFSCALE is expanding, and we're looking for new talent.   
We need a Media Buyer (all levels) with proven experience in launching Facebook advertising campaigns.

Required Experience & Skills:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Nutra vertical  
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in Nutra
• Proven ability to effectively manage a team of 3+ members  
• Ability to motivate the team to meet and exceed KPIs  
• Understanding of how to work with Facebook Ads  
• Deep knowledge of key metrics: CPC, CTR, CR, AR, IP  
• Ability to analyze campaigns and draw insights from performance data  
• Experience working with multiple ad accounts  
• Proficiency in tools such as Octo / Fbtool / Binom  
• Basic skills in Photoshop / Canva

Your Responsibilities: 

• Optimize internal Facebook team processes to boost performance 
• Lead by example by demonstrating effective methods and strategies to inspire and improve team results 
• Search, test, and scale new traffic sources and partnerships 
• Provide regular reporting and analytics to leadership
