The Perfect Candidate: 

• Upper-intermediate English;

• Customer-oriented approach;

• Quick-learner and stress resistance.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with vendors to ensure contracts meet compliance with company policies and regulations;

• Work closely with operations, and support teams to coordinate and deliver services that meet or exceed client expectations;

• Handle day-to-day communication with clients, and resolve disputes;

• Be adaptable to changing client needs and flexible with ongoing projects.
