We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager with proven experience in the Ukrainian PV market to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company for key clients — managing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring we exceed client expectations. Your industry expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions and strengthening our market position.
PHOTOMATE is a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy sources and a distributor of solar inverters, battery storage, charging stations for e-vehicles and heat pumps in Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and Central Asia.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with both client goals and business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and secure sustainable, win-win partnerships.
- Collaborate across teams — including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development — to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Monitor the market: analyse trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to guide business strategy.
- Track and report on key account performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with senior management.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Travel across Ukraine and abroad to meet clients, strengthen partnerships, and drive business development.
- Organise and participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events — both offline and online.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in the Ukrainian PV market — Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong market knowledge and an established network within the PV sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Fluent Ukrainian (C1+) and strong English skills (B2+).
- Proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel.
