Client is a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO) that provides Phase I-IV clinical trial management, market access, and technology solutions with over 30 years of experience.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
Experience in Healthcare, Life Science
Proven track record of launching successful digital products; experience with healthcare or med-tech is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of product development methodologies, especially Agile and Lean practices.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, A/B testing, and decision-making based on data.
Experience working with engineering teams, writing user stories, and managing backlogs.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and patient/user journey design.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Job responsibilities
Gather and prioritize requirements through user research, data analysis, and market feedback—especially within the healthcare space.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, clinical experts, compliance, and stakeholders to define product goals and KPIs.
Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards applicable to healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Champion user experience and accessibility in healthcare-related workflows.
Manage release planning and agile ceremonies (e.g., backlog grooming, sprint planning).
Monitor product performance, identify insights, and adjust roadmap accordingly.
Advocate for the product internally and externally, communicating vision and value clearly.
