Compliance Assistant

Main requirements:

• Education: Higher education or student of the last year of study: law, finance, economics, accounting, audit, business administration; 
• Compliance or audit knowledge/skills would be a plus;
• Experience in Pharma industry business would be a plus;
• English: B1-B2 (medium level) or higher with the ability to understand and redact documents, understand professional correspondence and reports;
• Hard skills: Outlook, MS Office;
• Must have skills and personal characteristics: analytical thinking, attention to detail, high level of ethics, ability to work with confidential information, critical thinking, stress tolerance, sociability and ability to work with different departments, accountability.

 Main responsibilities:

The role reports to Compliance Manager, Ukraine and the responsibilities include:

• Working closely with other departments, particularly Marketing & Sales, for monitoring activities (pre-event, post-event, live monitoring) to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;
• Support with translation into Ukrainian language of communications at local level;
• Support in due diligence process to identify and evaluate potential risks associated with third parties and HCPs and maintain records;
• Regularly monitor and audit third parties and HCPs to ensure ongoing compliance and address any issues promptly;
• Taking part in implementation, improvement and taking particular actions on raising the awareness of employees regarding the requirements of policies and procedures of the company;
• Promotion of the corporate culture among employees of the company with the aim to ensure adherence to the Code of business conduct;
• Taking part in organization of internal compliance events regarding the adherence to the policies and practices of the company;
• Support control of adherence to the requirements of the active laws.
