Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Visit CRM & Analytics Specialist , you will be responsible for conducting data analysis (using Veeva, medical dashboard, barometers, targeting) to monitor the performance of medical representatives and adjust CRM processes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Visit CRM & Analytics Specialist , you will be responsible for conducting data analysis (using Veeva, medical dashboard, barometers, targeting) to monitor the performance of medical representatives and adjust CRM processes.
- Collecting and processing data from the SalesForce platform, cleansing and ensuring data accuracy and integrity, checking data for inconsistencies or anomalies in VeeVa CRM
- Preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on medical visits, correspondence with doctors after visits, engagement of VeeVa Engage visitors to increase the efficiency of medical visits and assess profitability
- Independently delivering simple and special requests for VeeVa CRM to the global VeeVa team, technically resolving requests, testing technical solutions with the team
- Training pharmacists and researching pharmacist recommendations
- Monthly collection and processing of data on mystery shopper activity in pharmacies, preparation of monthly reports for sales and medical teams based on this data
- Maintaining databases for pharmacist training, identifying problems or gaps in reporting and timely remediation by the agency
- Development of dashboards in Power BI based on quarterly pharmacy training results and mystery shopper activity
- Communication and instruction of the agency on technical improvements in data collection processes

YOUR BACKGROUND
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with Salesforce platform and CRM, Power BI management
- Leadership and management of cross-functional and joint team projects
- Easy to establish relationships in the team, able to prove and present your ideas
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
- You have developed analytical skills, show attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- English Upper-Intermediate
