Middle/Senior QA (D365, Power Apps)

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of testing processes and a proactive approach to ensuring the quality of our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps implementations to ensure functionality and performance
• Develop and execute test cases and test plans based on requirements and technical specifications
• Report and track defects using appropriate defect life cycle management tools
• Perform in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of issues to identify root causes and provide informative feedback
• Validate web services, including HTTP methods, XML/JSON handling, and WSDL interpretation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of quality standards
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, results, and updates
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of testing types (functional, integration, regression) and their appropriate use
• Knowledge of defect life cycles, defect documentation, and test evidence handling
• Ability to troubleshoot incidents and deliver clear, actionable details
• Experience with web services, including RESTful services (HTTP verbs), XML/JSON, and WSDL
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in spoken English (B2+)
