Broadcasting & Event Support Specialist (Part-Time)

We’re seeking a Broadcasting & Event Support Specialist to join EPAM Ukraine’s Events & Communities Group UA. You will contribute to organizing and delivering internal (and occasionally external) live events, ensuring seamless and high-quality streaming support.

We consider candidates located in Lviv, as our work is hybrid.


Responsibilities

• Confidently utilize vMix, StreamYard, and OBS to manage live broadcasts
• Stream to platforms like YouTube Live, Vimeo, Microsoft Stream, and Zoom
• Configure scenes, handle media sources, and adjust layouts in real-time
• Resolve technical issues that may arise during live sessions
• Ensure external hardware integration, including cameras, lights, microphones, and mixers
• Collaborate with speakers and stakeholders before and during events
• Oversee event setups, conduct test runs, and provide technical support throughout the live broadcast
• Handle post-event tasks: uploading, basic video editing, and archiving files
• Optionally assist with tasks like photography and graphic design
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in online event streaming or broadcasting
• Confident user of the listed platforms and AV tools
• English level: B1+ for effective communication and tool operation
• Availability according to event schedules (10:00 or 17:00 start times)
• Stable internet connection in a quiet, professional setting
• Attention to detail with composure in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and tech-savviness
• Collaborative team player with a sense of responsibility

• Competency in photography and basic design tools, such as Canva or Figma
• Expertise in video editing via Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci
