Digital Marketing Project Manager

EvoPlay is looking for a talented Project Manager responsible for the efficient leadership and execution of projects from start to finish.

We are currently seeking a manager to work primarily with large businesses in the sphere of partners' advertising materials management and placement across various media platforms.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in advertising Project Management 2+ years;

- Experience working with creative materials;
- Strong communication skills for interaction with designers, clients, and stakeholders;
- Experience in detailed project planning, including time/resource estimation, identifying critical paths, and maintaining project documentation;
- Knowledge of full advertising materials development cycle and processes;
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM-systems;

- Aligning project goals with the organization’s business strategy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to project changes.
- Result-oriented with a strong analytical mindset;
- Hands-on experience in building/optimization of project processes;
- Interpersonal skills, ability to deliver high-quality results, maintaining trustful relationships between people;

- Interest and knowledge in the gaming and Esports field will be a significant advantage!
- English Intermediate+.

Responsibilities:

- Regular communication support between partners and development team;
- Facilitate the development of business opportunities within the project;
- Create and maintain the project management documentation and revise it as appropriate;
- Manage the project-related day-to-day operational activities;
- Manage the advertising materials development teams and direct their activities to ensure the project is run and completed within the constraints of scope and schedule;
- Perform data consolidation and analysis;
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project scope;
- Effectively communicate relevant scope-related information to the team and management;
- Resolve and/or escalate scope-related issues promptly;
- Develop project plans following the overall roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic objectives;
