Python Tech Lead/Architect

Purpose Of The Job

We are looking for a Python Architect/Tech Lead to lead the technical vision and strategy for a high-impact project in the marketing and sales domain. The project focuses on analyzing, predicting, and optimizing revenue growth management using advanced data technologies and Generative AI (GenAI) tools to enhance development workflows and decision-making.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and technical leader who thrives in complex environments, communicates effectively with clients and stakeholders, and drives innovation through modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the system architecture to meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.
• Guide the adoption and integration of GenAI tools to support development, documentation, testing, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Lead architectural reviews, technical design sessions, and code quality initiatives.
• Set engineering standards and ensure adherence across teams.
• Identify and mitigate architectural and technical risks.
• Support development teams with hands-on guidance and mentorship.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
• Act as a senior technical liaison in client-facing discussions, ensuring clarity and trust.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies and frameworks as needed.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 10+ years of commercial software development experience.
• 6+ years of Python development experience.
• Proven experience in architectural design and leading complex systems.
• Strong expertise in:
• FastAPI, Pandas, asyncio, SQLAlchemy
• Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, gRPC
• Microservices architecture
• Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Experience using GenAI tools (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance engineering workflows.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and system design.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
