Key Responsibilities

As an Online Education Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and promoting online training for stylists and hairdressers, managing the learning platform, creating and updating content to monetize the learning process.

• Animation of the learning platform to ensure traffic and audience engagement
• Administrative support and promotion of the Access educational platform in cooperation with the digital team
• Working with international content and creating local content for Access in collaboration with local learning managers and marketing teams
• Monitoring of platform key metrics and content performance
• Training trainers and learning managers on new platform functionality (mechanics, Bright/O+O tool)
• Managing B2B communities of the 2 largest brands (Matrix and L’Oréal Professional), ensuring communication between TG and the learning platform itself
• Development of a step-by-step training plan and calendar
• Tracking educational trends and best practices

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Expert in the field of Digital/Marketing from 2 years with knowledge of training methodology, tracking training trends
• Deep knowledge of digital tools and mechanics, experience in content creation and social media management
• Awareness of the latest digital trends in education, creative and innovative approach to work
• Responsibility, attention to detail, high level of accuracy in working with numbers
• Ability to establish communication and build partnerships
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
• Ability to work in multi-tasking mode
• English Upper-Intermediate
