A Day in the Life
As the Consumer Engagement Manager for L’Oréal Luxe in Ukraine, you’ll report to the Marketing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping how our brands connect with consumers. You’ll design and implement integrated, multi-channel consumer engagement strategies, incorporating Media, Advocacy & Influence (A&I), Content, and Lifecycle Marketing. Your work will align with divisional and brand objectives, driving growth and innovation.

A Day in the Life
As the Consumer Engagement Manager for L’Oréal Luxe in Ukraine, you’ll report to the Marketing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping how our brands connect with consumers. You’ll design and implement integrated, multi-channel consumer engagement strategies, incorporating Media, Advocacy & Influence (A&I), Content, and Lifecycle Marketing. Your work will align with divisional and brand objectives, driving growth and innovation.
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel consumer engagement strategies, incorporating Media, A&I, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing, aligned with division and brand objectives, including targeted KPI frameworks.
- Define and execute A&I strategies, maintaining regular communication with brand teams, monitoring performance, and analyzing competitor activities and developing multi-brand activations.
- Consumer 360 Strategy (audience segments, prioritization of targets, activities, and key consumer touchpoints (including key channels) to drive brand growth, hand in hand with BU Operational Marketing teams and Business Planning & Sales Performance teams (CGO)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all consumer engagement campaigns, providing actionable insights and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives, including demonstrating the impact of A&I initiatives. Lead, develop,
- Mentor the consumer engagement team, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and ensure alignment on data-driven practices.
- Consolidate and manage spend allocation recommendations across Media, A&I, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing, optimizing the divisional budget for maximum ROI and impact, including multi-brand campaign budget oversight.
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have
- Expertise in Media & Digital Strategy Design
- Strong skills in Consumer Lifecycle Management and Digital & Media Performance Management.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
- A passion for critical thinking, strategic road mapping, and data-driven decision-making.
