Junior Lawyer/Assistant

We are an international legal company creating efficient legal structures for the international operations of different types of businesses. Our consulting company provides solutions to corporate customers, including structuring of assets, financial flows, and taxation.

We have gathered a team of specialists who are not only professionals but also friendly, open-minded people. Now we are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our team. We expect our new colleague to think in terms of “we” rather than “I” or “you”, to be ambitious, and to have a strong desire to grow.

What you will do:

At the initial stage:

Support with daily legal and corporate tasks (company incorporation, bank account opening, etc.);

Handle phone calls and email communications with partners worldwide;

Draft and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in accordance with international law;

Conduct legal research on specific cases.

After gaining sufficient experience:

Independently incorporate non-resident companies across Europe, Asia, and the USA;

Open bank and merchant accounts;

Obtain licenses for non-resident companies (through local providers);

Maintain the corporate compliance of non-resident companies;

Build long-term relations with contractors, service providers, and partners;

Research new opportunities and legal issues per clients’ requests.

Candidate Profile:

University degree in Law (mandatory);

Minimum 1 year of professional legal experience;

Fluent in Russian and Ukrainian;

English: minimum B1 level (Advanced English will be a strong advantage);

Knowledge of international civil, corporate, commercial, tax, migration, and banking law;

Experience in drafting contracts, registration, and supporting documents;

Strong research and analytical skills;

Literacy, responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance, and communication skills;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and similar tools;

Availability in CET time zone (+/- 2 hours).
