The Sales team for Ukraine is responsible for all sales-related activities from initial customer contact to submitting offers to negotiating new contracts for wind farms and concluding them.
Also to be able to interact with different stakeholders involved in the chain and including the internal ones.

Responsibilities
- Support the internal and external dialogue with customers to ensure good understanding of customers projects in their pipeline
- Support the Sales team in the screening and evaluation of sales opportunities
- Coordinate and support bid preparations and negotiations
- Evaluate the requirements and design a solution in collaboration with other functions that meets the requirement for the bid
- Establish bid proposal value, including direct costs, subcontractor/vendor costs, overhead, other costs, contingencies, using internal tools and managing internal stakeholder interfaces involved in the sales process (technical, financial, pricing, legal, construction and service)
- Organize bid proposals' documents to meet RFP requirements, as well as structure, develop, edit and write proposal sections per RFP requirements
- Ensure involvement of internal stakeholders during execution of the sales strategy
- Provide contract closing and negotiation support to the Sales Manager
- Investigate and document outcome of sales opportunity
- Create and maintain opportunities in Salesforce ensuring data quality targets are met for the department
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or similar)
- Master’s degree in business, engineering or finance is beneficial
- 5+ years of similar experience in the energy industry, machinery, construction or related environment, large infrastructure projects or large manufactured products
- Commercially oriented with a keen customer focus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced analytical capabilities
- Collaborative worker ready to learn and grow
- Ability to work internationally and willing to work with large demanding customers
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
