Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and take on complex challenges.

This role involves deep technical analysis, engaging with clients, and performing business analysis activities within a project in the healthcare domain aimed at replacing a legacy application. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure thorough requirements gathering and contribute to the development of a new business application.

Responsibilities

• Discover and document functionalities of the current system and related business processes
• Manage feature development throughout the product lifecycle
• Support continuous process improvements within the team
• Engage with both business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Collaborate with UX designers to develop UI models and wireframes
• Create and maintain product documentation, including requirement specifications, user guides, and release notes
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for designated product modules
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of documented requirements
• Participate in defining and upholding team definitions of ready and done
• Lead acceptance testing for completed backlog items

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a mature approach
• Collaborative and self-motivated problem solver with a proactive attitude
• Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on client needs
• Proficiency in generating practical solutions to business challenges
• Ability to communicate requirements effectively to UX/UI designers
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and creating diagrams
• Willingness to actively improve team business analysis processes and standards
• Technical knowledge and expertise in web application design
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Understanding of system integration principles
• Comfortable analyzing data to validate assumptions, even with limited technical background
• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under stress
• Fluency in written and spoken English at B2 level or higher
