Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a dynamic team driving digital transformation and e-commerce initiatives.

This position is suited for professionals with a deep understanding of digital commerce, marketplace platforms, and content-driven solutions who excel at aligning business needs with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions to effectively capture needs
• Translate business objectives into actionable requirements to align business and technical teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams across product, development, and quality assurance to ensure shared objectives
• Create flowcharts, diagrams, and detailed documentation to support design and development efforts
• Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
• Maintain project documentation in tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while delivering on priorities
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in business processes and proposed solutions
• Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity

Requirements

• Residence in Ukraine (remote positions open only to candidates based in Ukraine)
• 3+ years’ background as a Business Analyst in e-commerce or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with the digital marketing space, including CMS, PIM, and DAM platforms
• Knowledge of B2C and B2B e-commerce platforms and distinctions between them
• Understanding of marketplace platform functionalities and e-commerce standard practices
• Skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and use case documentation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Background in Agile methodology and best practices
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and visual modelling software
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Familiarity with omni-channel strategies and global commerce platforms
• Competency in customer journey mapping and conversion optimization techniques
• Exposure to UX/UI collaboration and processes for validating design concepts
