Senior Salesforce Developer (with CPQ)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our team, supporting the Commercial Product Technology program within the Professional Services domain.

This role focuses on delivering complex pricing configurations and customizing quote templates to meet business needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the customization and optimization of quote templates within Salesforce CPQ
• Address complex pricing configurations and manage multiple product bundles
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, proposing scalable solutions
• Work closely with customer success teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce CPQ solutions
• Leverage Salesforce Flows appropriately while understanding and navigating their limitations
• Oversee all project phases, including planning, design, development, implementation, and testing
• Provide strategic input to improve existing CPQ functionalities and workflows
• Act as a liaison between development teams and business units, ensuring alignment of goals
• Implement best practices and establish development standards for Salesforce CPQ projects
• Mentor junior team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge-sharing within the team

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Salesforce CPQ implementations with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions
• Certification as a Salesforce CPQ Consultant, demonstrating deep understanding of platform capabilities
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, validation rules, and data modeling
• Background in handling complex pricing configurations, product bundles, and quoting processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with customer success and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Capability to lead projects and support end-to-end execution, showcasing strong problem-solving skills
