Requirements

Looking for a highly skilled and Lead ML/Python Engineer who will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for a ConversationalAI. Need to work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions. A hands on lead developer who can iterate quickly with a small team.

Job responsibilities

• Create solution blueprints, technical documentation.
• Lead development team to drive outcomes
• Conduct technology evaluations and make recommendations for tools, platforms, and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software design
• Strong Knowledge in Graphs, App dev, AI and agentic.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in container CI.
• Experience with API design, data modeling, integration strategies, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
