Lead Salesforce Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet project requirements
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Integrate Salesforce with other applications using web services and API integrations
• Ensure the best practices are followed for Salesforce development and customization
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce solutions
• Lead the team in adopting new Salesforce features and technologies
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in project planning and execution

Requirements

• Possession of multiple Salesforce certifications is required
• Expertise in configuring product capabilities and features on the Salesforce platform
• Proficiency in utilizing low-code automation tools within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices
• Experience in conducting unit testing to ensure code integrity
• Demonstrated ability to implement APIs and facilitate integration between Salesforce and other systems
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in a Salesforce environment
• Deep understanding of Agile Methodologies and their application in project management
• Analytical capabilities to effectively dissect and understand complex business requirements
• Capacity to discern and select optimal technologies from a range of options to address specific business challenges
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to seamlessly interact with various stakeholders throughout the development process
• Passion for constructing high-performance, scalable solutions in a cloud environment
• Keen aptitude for learning and innovation, staying abreast of new features and technologies released by Salesforce
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level (B2+), encompassing both spoken and written communication
