C&C pricing and revenue growth manager

• proven track record in managing category or brand portfolios, focusing on building the optimal mix to drive both revenue and margin growth,
• experienced in designing promo strategy and analyzing effectiveness, including ROI, uplift, and impact on customer behavior,
• can transform market trends, demand data, and competitor actions into business decisions that deliver tangible results,
• skilled in process optimization — identifying bottlenecks, reducing lead time, and boosting efficiency.
• confident in cross-functional collaboration — you build strong partnerships with cross functional teams and thrive in a dynamic, communicative environment,
• supports a test-and-learn culture driving fast cycles from idea to pilot to full-scale implementation,
• will develop and implement a pricing strategy in the Cash & Carry channel for both professional clients and end consumers, balancing strategic commercial priorities with effective price investment,
• will assess business risks and opportunities to ensure sustainable revenue growth and implement risk management measures to protect results and enhance process performance,
• will interact with clients, studying the specifics of their business and turning insights into actionable business decisions.
