German speaking Customer Support Agent

Join our fast-growing company as a Customer Support Representative for our client, requiring C1-level German language skills.
Starting date: ASAP
It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule :
Option 1) 8AM-5PM CET
Option 2) 11AM-8PM CET
flexible weekends
At PEXLY you have great opportunity to get:
- Experience in the international company working with people around the globe;
- Compensation – $1500 for the probation period (2 month) and after;
- Training Bonus- $100 additional payment in case of successful training and probation
- Bonus - $300 /month for completing the KPIs - after the probation period (where $100 is for quality, $150 for tickets per hour, $50 for attendance);
- 20 paid days of vacations and 10 paid days of sick leave per year;
- Training will be provided by the company and the client;
- Management's attention, support and motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via calls, emails, chats;
- Answer general and order-related questions;
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions;
- Escalate complex issues to the technical department;
- Report to senior management on customers' feedback, complaints, quality etc.
- Perform other related CS tasks.
You are our perfect candidate if you:
- Are Client-oriented, attentive to detail, good listener, problem-solver, and a hard- working team-player;
- Can work with Time / activity tracking tool;
- Are a good communicator, have no problem spending time on the phone.
- Needs to have Written & Spoken German C1;
- English B1 level language skills;
- Previous Customer Support experience ;
- Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
- You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
- Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
