Requirements

We are seeking a technical and detail-oriented Cloud Integration Engineer to lead the migration of all clinical interfaces from our on-premise PACS to the cloud platform. You will be the subject matter expert responsible for analyzing existing integrations, defining the necessary cloud infrastructure and security requirements, and executing the hands-on porting and testing of all data feeds. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in healthcare integration standards combined with strong cloud networking skills.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface Migration: Lead the technical execution of porting all existing interfaces from the on-premise PACS to the cloud platform.
• Infrastructure Definition: Define the specific AWS infrastructure requirements (e.g., VPN connections, firewall ports, security groups) necessary to enable secure and reliable interface connectivity.
• Third-Party Coordination: Analyze and define technical requirements for any third-party systems or vendors to ensure their integrations can be successfully ported to the new cloud environment.
• Testing & Validation: Perform comprehensive interface unit testing and end-to-end testing according to predefined test scripts to ensure data integrity and workflow continuity.
• Go-Live & Support: Actively support the go-live execution, providing technical assistance during the cutover of all interfaces.
• Hypercare: Provide dedicated post-go-live support for two weeks (hypercare), troubleshooting and resolving any integration-related issues reported by the customer.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience migrating stateful, on-premise enterprise applications to the cloud.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration.
• Prior experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare).
• Possibility to travel to Italy for learning period
