Description

The overall project is designated for intelligent Fleet De-Carbonization based on an ambitious science‐based idea targeting the achievement of net-zero emissions. The solution is planned to be a fully integrated software solution that can maximize efficiencies in both operational and energy supply management perspectives.

Requirements

7+ years in user experience, product design.

Experience working on enterprise web applications (rather than marketing or ecommerce websites).

Demonstrated success of systematic & creative design thinking; solid knowledge in user research, usability testing, prototyping, and visual design with the ability to design intuitive user experiences based on product requirements & vision. Ability to design within technical constraints and advocate your decisions.

Work experience in an international team, close communication with clients, design and development teams in an agile environment, presenting designs and iterating on feedback.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to share and explain insights and results in simple and powerful terms.

Experience working with, and contributing to, a design system of UI components and patterns.

Visual design skills – a good eye for detail eg. consistent use of type, color, alignment, padding.

Shape, maintain & expand existing design system.

Fluency with common design software.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS and UI frameworks, is a bonus.

English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

Job responsibilities

Create and support successful products from research to delivery.

Work with client and business development to identify market opportunities, new features and issues.

Conduct market and user research.

Be a part of on-site workshops and work sessions with internal and external teams.

Work with project management and make precise estimations.

Create prototypes, designs (high fidelity mockups) for new features and enhancements identified by Product Management and the UX team.

Define and validate design deliverables.

Collaborate with BAs, front-, back-end engineers.
