Customer support representative (English)

We are looking for a customer support representative to join our team!

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our players (customers). This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving any issues or concerns that our customers may have via chat. You will also be responsible for managing accounts and providing product information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a problem solver, and have a positive attitude. Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through our chat box, phone calls, and email.
• Provide detailed information about our bonuses and promotions to our customers
• Guiding customers through the payment and registration procedures.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to match their requirements, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and offerings to effectively address customer queries.
• Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth, new promotions, and improvement of the platform.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets for SLA and satisfaction rate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and bonus data.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer support processes and enhance the overall customer journey.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer support or related roles.
• Exceptional command of one of these languages: English (both written and verbal) to communicate effectively with a global audience.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs. — Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Familiarity with the casino industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software applications.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed in their journey on our platform.

Compensation: A competitive compensation package includes a base salary and bonuses for KPI.
