INTEGRITES invites a talented Associate to become part of our Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure, as well as Energy practice groups in Kyiv.

We look for ambitious lawyers to join our top-tier team, recognized for working on high-impact projects – particularly those advancing Ukraine’s reconstruction.

We are known for having supported the largest group of foreign investors in Ukraine’s renewables, with 3+ GW of cumulative project capacity and EUR 3+ billion investment involved. We currently advise both clients continuing their operations in Ukraine and those entering the market with new business ventures.

How You Will Contribute

• Advise foreign and domestic clients on projects focused on land law and agri sector, energy and renewables, construction and infrastructure
• Analyse legal practice
• Draft various legal documents, legal opinions, memoranda, etc.
  
  

What Can Be Your Asset

• Successful experience (in one or more of the following areas): land, agrarian law, energy, construction, infrastructure
• Strong analytical, research and document drafting skills
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail and reliability, action-driven mindset
