INTEGRITES is looking for an experienced and highly motivated associate/senior associate to join our rapidly growing Antitrust and Competition team in Kyiv

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on a range of regulatory and antitrust matters;
  • Drafting merger control and concerted practices filings, transaction and other related documents, memoranda, legal opinions, etc.;
  • Drafting and reviewing various legal documents for compliance with competition laws;
  • Advising clients on various competition law matters, including unfair competition, abuse of dominance, analysis of distribution agreements and policies;
  • Legal research on various topics;
  • Analysis of the decisions of the Ukrainian Competition Authority; analysis of applicable court practice;
  • Direct communication with representatives of the Ukrainian Competition Authority and clients;
  • Participating in due diligence, external negotiations, client meetings, communication with government authorities (including communication during inspections)
  • Project management, time tracking, supervision / mentoring of junior lawyers and paralegals; and
  • Active participation in business development activities (publications, legal alerts, speeches, trainings, webinars, participation in conferences, etc.)

Requirements

  • Law degree from a reputable university;
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Antitrust and Competition (working experience with an international or a leading Ukrainian law firm is an advantage);
  • Working proficiency in English (including legal and business writing and speaking skills);
  • Excellent analytical, legal research, and legal writing skills;
  • Ability to produce mid-level complex legal documents with minor revisions;
  • Good stress and time-management: ability to work on several projects simultaneously;
  • Self-motivating, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with MS Office software, online resources and legal databases
