As Application Engineer . ALS , you will be responsible for:

• Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support –
• Resolving post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” of skill set increases. For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets.
• Working together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level.
• Specifying needs, communicating about project approach and presenting outcomes of research done.
• Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.
• Processing diverse clients in a region. Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.

To be successful in this role you will be

• Have successfully completed your studies with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
• Have proven experience in Technical Support and in Services.
• Have deep oral and written communication skills and interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams including to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have effective problem identification and solution skills and proven analytical and organizational ability.
