Senior Product Manager – Luminar Neo

Main Goal

Lead the development of the world’s leading creative image editor for desktop. The product combines innovative AI technologies, a unique user experience, and modern design aesthetics to inspire creators worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term product strategy, and translate it into a clear, actionable roadmap.
• Build strong relationships with teammates by adapting to individual working styles and fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
• Conduct continuous market research to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Lead customer research, usability studies, and feedback loops to validate decisions and continuously evolve the product.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights, define success metrics, and track product performance.
• Translate customer insights and strategic priorities into clear, actionable requirements that drive product delivery. Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, design, and QA to iteratively deliver impactful features on time.
• Align product functionality with strategic company outcomes (growth, retention).
• Communicate priorities, progress, and risks effectively to executives.
  
  

Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven track record of measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• English - Upper Intermediate and better.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience in the photography industry or a related creative field.
• Experience in developing desktop apps.
• Experience working with Amplitude.
