Your Impact: You'll work on a range of crucial Non-Tech and Tech roles (70/20), from Middle to C-Level
Beyond the Basics: Get ready to take ownership of exciting side projects, from revamping our recruitment policies to leading new initiatives that will transform how we work
Work Type: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process (from the initial Intake Call to Pre-boarding)
- Drive active sourcing strategies, with a hands-on approach that constitutes up to 40% of your time
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, present top candidates, and guide them through the hiring process
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Operatively react and professionally solve all the possible issues and changes, with less impact on internal/external customer satisfaction
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes by identifying areas for optimisation and implementing best practices
- Attend local conferences and events as needed to represent our company and network with top talent
Requirements:
- 3+ years' full-cycle recruitment experience with Non-Tech/Tech roles in global markets
- Prior experience working with an international iGaming company is a must
- Advanced sourcing skills and a wide professional network
- Knowledge of various Candidates’ Assessment Methods
- High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, scheduling meetings, and giving feedback (!)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptability, customer-focused mindset, result-oriented, ability to handle a high load
- C1 level of English and Russian proficiency
