Redcliffe Partners, a renowned and forward-thinking legal firm, invites qualified professionals to join our collaborative team as Legal Secretary. In this role, you'll contribute to our high-profile international projects and play an instrumental part in our administrative support efforts.

What We're Looking For:

• Sound academic track record.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• 2+ years of working experience in secretarial or administrative positions.
• Excellent command of Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
• Working experience in formatting document styles would be a plus.
• Commitment to excellence, high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
• Excellent multitasking, organisational and communication skills as well as skills to collaborate.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work with documents in different formats (Word, PDF, PPT, Excel): formatting, scanning, printing, binding and preparation for signing.
• Organising business trips, including the preparation of accounting documents.
• Organising conference-calls, meetings, business lunches upon request of the legal staff, adding relevant information in their calendar.
• Coordinating translation services, including translation itself.
• Arranging notary services.
• Assisting legal staff with recording their work time in the billing system.
• Dealing with the contractors' invoices (notaries, travel agencies, translation agencies etc.) and adding the invoices for provided services in the billing system.
• Preparing financial advance reports for lawyers for the accounting department.
• Providing other administrative and organisational support to the legal staff.
