In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe). As an Online Brand Activation Specialist, you will be driving online engagement and e-commerce sales growth through data-driven multi-platform digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
As an Online Brand Activation Specialist, you will be driving online engagement and e-commerce sales growth through data-driven multi-platform digital marketing strategies.
- Manage full-funnel engagement, from awareness to conversion, via multi-screen campaigns optimized for platform best practices (META, YouTube, Google, ect)
- Expanding media mix with a medical inventory opportunity
- Support e-commerce growth of brands through retail media campaigns and maximize ROAS efficiency
- Leverage 1P/2P data to personalize messaging and reach high-potential customers
- Maintain #1 position in Google Search in Skincare category for own brand websites through SEA+SEO acceleration and enhance discoverability of hero services SPOTSCAN+ and SkinconsultAI
- Update catalogue products relevant to keep A+ content rank and excellence in execution with a tech score
- Analyze data results for campaigns and from own website to optimize user experience and personalize the path to purchase

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Proven experience in digital marketing (META, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of best practices for A+ content creation and optimization, including maintaining a high-tech score is required
- Proven ability to analyze website data and user behavior to identify opportunities for UX improvements and optimize the path to purchase
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI
- Experience in managing and optimizing SEO/SEA campaigns to maintain top search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with internal teams and external partners
- English Upper-Intermediate
