Customer Service Assistant

VELUX is a Danish manufacturing company that specializes in roof windows, blinds, and skylights. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our local team in Kyiv on a fixed-term maternity cover contract for approximately 2 years.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting their career or has some experience and wants to grow in a supportive and international environment.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Specialist in our Kyiv showroom, you will assist our customers—homeowners, construction companies, wholesalers, and dealers—by providing product information, solving issues, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Supporting customers in person at the showroom, and via phone, email, chat, or tickets
• Processing orders in SAP and preparing commercial offers
• Advising customers on our products and delivery options
• Working with the aftersales team to register and manage complaints
• Supporting process improvement projects and handling administrative tasks
  
  

Working hours are fixed, with no night shifts or weekend shifts.

What We’re Looking For

This position is open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar field.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Good English skills (required)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A positive, customer-focused attitude
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not required
