Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations related to airline ticketing and reservations.
- Fare calculation and ticketing of complicated routes and itineraries. Providing the most suitable options according to the customer’s request.
- Issue /reissue/cancelation of tickets and ancillaries in accordance to airlines policy.
- Clients’ invoicing as per services provided.
- Checking visa and customs requirements of the destination country.
- Ensure compliance with aviation and travel industry regulations.
- Participate in analyzing sales reports and implementing strategies to meet business targets.
What we expect from you:
- Degree in Tourism, Aviation, or other related fields will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in air tickets reservations or airline’s relevant department.
- Strong understanding of Amadeus GDS system (knowledge of other GDS systems will be an advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Upper-intermediate level of English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage). Russian and Ukrainian languages – fluent.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a high-stressed environment.
- PC user as a professional.
- Be ready to keep connected all day long (position requires shifts’ rotations).
