Senior Power Platform Developer (with Copilot Studio)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with a focus on Microsoft Copilot Studios to empower internal business processes and enhance existing applications using AI capabilities.

This role will play a critical part in expanding the use of Microsoft Copilot technology across the company to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio for both declarative and custom agents
• Communicate with business users to gather requirements and craft tailored Microsoft Copilot solutions
• Act as a business solutions architect to guide team members in constructing a unified development approach
• Develop custom connectors to integrate data with Microsoft Copilot
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Power Platform tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and various internal knowledge bases
• Provide ongoing support for existing solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve potential issues

Requirements

• Proficiency in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Teams and SharePoint
• Background in integrating REST APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors
• Expertise in Copilot AI, Azure OpenAI, and understanding of AI concepts or large language models (LLMs)
• Capability to solve complex problems and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• English proficiency at B2+ level
