We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Agronomy and Marketing Director to lead our Inputs and Digital marketing team in Ukraine. This role is responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategy for our product portfolio (seeds, crop protection products, fertilizers, and digital tools), with the ultimate objective of increasing M3 margin and delivering high-value solutions to farmers.

The ideal candidate will combine strong agronomic expertise with a sharp marketing mindset, ensuring that commercial teams are empowered with compelling value propositions and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual and mid-term marketing plan for seeds, CPP, fertilizers, and digital products, with focus on private labels and differentiation.
• Drive innovation by expanding the portfolio with new product and digital solutions (e.g., through FARMI platform), while emphasizing agronomic benefits and service to farmers.
• Support unit margin growth through collaboration with Business Managers: campaign kick-off, commercial offers, promotional actions (e.g., Agro-punch).
• Lead and coach the team of product managers (seeds, fertilizers, CPP, digital, communication).
• Consolidate and validate monthly and annual sales forecasts; coordinate with supply chain for sourcing.
• Analyze customer and sales data (CRM, Perf’Agri), define segmentation strategies, and drive targeted marketing actions and loyalty initiatives (e.g., clubs).
• Manage local market studies and coordinate product communication across media channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with opinion leaders, universities, reference farmers, and institutes to promote Soufflet’s brand and agronomic credibility.

Key Requirements

• Higher education in Agronomy or Marketing
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the agricultural sector, including marketing and/or product management.
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian agri-inputs market (seeds, CPP, fertilizers, digital solutions).
• Strategic thinking and proven leadership in team management and project coordination.
• Analytical mindset with strong understanding of margin, pricing, and product positioning.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); Ukrainian language fluency is mandatory.

Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
