CIVIL ENGINEER FOR 2 COLLECTIVE CENTERS FOR SOCIAL ADAPTATION RENOVATION PROJECT

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced civil engineer to oversee the renovation of 2 Collective Centers in Dnipro as part of a new project " Improvement of Living Environment and Provision of Physiotherapy for Elderly and Disabled Residents in the Collective Centers in Dnipropetrovsk oblast" funded by the Japan Platform. The project will last for 8 months, starting in September, with responsibilities including managing the construction site, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Overseeing the renovation of 2 Collective Centers (180 m?) on the construction site in Dnipro.

• Ensuring compliance with plans and the BoQ.

• Coordinating work with contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

• Conducting site inspections and ensuring work is carried out according to quality and safety standards.

• Providing technical support and guidance to the project team throughout the construction process.

• Working as part of a team in collaboration with the Senior Engineer and Project Program Coordinator.

Required qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, including supervision of construction works and renovation projects.

• Relevant higher education (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field).

• Willingness to work on-site in Dnipro for the entire duration of the project.

Preferred (but not required):

• Knowledge of English (intermediate or higher).

• Experience in public building renovation.

Working conditions:

• Project duration: 8 months, starting from September.

• Fixed salary: Determined based on the results of the interview and work experience.
