• ensures moves of the planogram creation process towards integration into end-to end SCM (SAF, MDSP and Truck to Shelf concept) to support ordering process, goods availability on the shelf and replenishment process in METRO,
• acts as an center of expertise and proactively influence business decisions,
• identifies, supports and develops people potential to grow, motivates and encourages for upskilling and excellence through mentoring, coaching and recognition,
• establishes process of customer's data lifecycle and follows the trend of process automation with all types of master data and planograms,
• to grow customers experience in easy customer registration, excellent goods location and correct information about product,
• provides sustainable and efficient customer service to the key stakeholders.
