Allseeds Group – one of the largest producers and exporters of vegetable oils and meals in Ukraine, a reliable and highly professional partner on the global agricultural markets, is opening a vacancy for the Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
Build, develop, and oversee the HR department team.
Manage personnel administration, HR records, and payroll processes across the Group of companies.
Plan, consolidate, and control execution of the personnel costs budget.
Oversee and optimize recruitment and onboarding processes: attract key specialists, manage the talent pool, and reduce time-to-hire.
Apply crisis HR management approaches: change management, restructuring, and maintaining engagement during transformations.
Lead HR digitalization projects, including automation of HR processes and implementation of HR-tech solutions.
Build and develop the employer brand both internally and externally.
Drive and strengthen the corporate culture that reflects the company’s high business standards.
Organize and manage corporate and engagement events.
Prepare and deliver HR reporting and analytics for top management and shareholders (HR metrics, turnover, engagement).
Ensure compliance with Ukrainian labor law as well as corporate policies and procedures of the Group.
Candidate Profile:
At least 5 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles (Head of HR / HR Director /HRBP), preferably in large manufacturing enterprises or holding structures.
Profound expertise across the full HR cycle: recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, HR analytics, and personnel administration.
Strong understanding of manufacturing business specifics and the role of HR in driving operational efficiency.
Proven track record of building HR processes from scratch or scaling HR in growing companies is an advantage.
Strong strategic and system thinking skills, capable of balancing operational management with long-term HR strategy.
Experience with HRIS, ERP systems (1C), and analytics tools (BI knowledge is a plus).
Proficiency with MS Office (confident Excel user is a must).
English level: Upper Intermediate or above (spoken and written).
Solid leadership skills: ability to build, motivate and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of partnering with management at all levels.
High stress resilience, adaptability, and ability to perform effectively in dynamic environments.
